The outstandingly accommodating staff there was quick to help. In short, the room was perfect, lovely bed, large bathroom. Strategic location, close to a county park. The beach nearby was amazing and the view was absolutely fabulous!

Low-budget hotel located in a secure area just off the ocean as well as a nice area. Rooms with microwave, the bathtub and fridge. The lighting was good. Accommodating staff, very clean pool.

My stay here was relaxing. Great base for 3 nights in Hilo, recently renovated hotel. They had an early check-in. Moreover, parking was onsite.

The bathroom I had was quite small.

All in all a fancy hotel and very delightful stay. A brand-new place to stay in a sketchy area. Staff was willing to help and truly wonderful, they treated us like family. The room was fabulous, especially a decent view from the window...
